Abdominal massage can encourage the recentering of your organs (and emotions). If you are 2-3 weeks postpartum gentle abdominal massage can help encourage your Uterus to continue shrinking.

You are welcome to bring your baby with you to your session if needed, we can do side-lying and your baby can lay next to you. (Please let me know in advance)
It takes about 2 years for your body to heal after pregnancy. Your body went through arguably the biggest change you will ever go through, give yourself grace and understand that healing takes time.

Many professionals specialize in prenatal and postpartum and can help you recover. Physical Therapy, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Postpartum Doulas and so many more. Massage is wonderful but not the only tool to help you heal. Also, it's never too late to heal!
