Prenatal massage is catered to your body and needs. You can receive full body relaxation or focus on some areas of pain. There are few things that cannot be done.

Once in your 2nd trimester (or sooner if necessary) you will be massaged in a side-lying position. You will flip to the other side halfway through the session so both sides get massaged.
​
Gentle abdominal massage is safe during pregnancy and can help with breathing restrictions, skin irritation, and ligament pain; which tend to develop later in your pregnancy. (Abdominal massage is only done on clients who request it).
There are many misconceptions about the safety of massage during pregnancy. I encourage you to look at the studies proving the safety of prenatal massage or reach out with any questions.
If anything makes you nervous I will listen to you and not work on those areas.
